This is my new GoTo lunch place. If you want an authentic Italian sub or other Italian deli items this is the place to go. The bread for the subs is amazing and both the Italian sub and the prosciutto and mozzarella subs are both amazing. I love this place. Service is always top notch as well. Tons of fresh homemade pastas and antipasti as well. Place just feels like Italy.

One of the most underrated spots in the North End -- we grabbed a Panino sandwich before heading to TD Garden for a game and were amazed by the freshness and genius simplicity of the prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, and bread. For the price, it's one of the best value meals in the city -- plus, it gives you an excellent reason to stop by nearby Bova's or Modern for dessert afterwards!

Hands down, the best sandwich I've ever had! We were in town for the weekend and met a lovely couple who told us about Bricco's. The gentleman recommended the Italian and Panino sandwiches. We flew them back home to California, and our only regret is not getting more! I loved the walk down the alleyway to find this little gem of a shop - it felt like something straight out of Harry Potter movie. The smell of fresh bread from next door drew us in first, but we were advised to head over to the actual sandwich shop. There were so many tempting items to buy, but we knew we couldn't carry them all back home. There was even a walkway leading to a restaurant, but we didn't have time to check it out since we had to catch our flight. I don't think there's anything like Bricco's here in the Bay Area, so we'll definitely be back, Boston!

A fantastic quaint sandwich shop hidden in the North End. Although it's a bit hard to find, it's worth it once you do!

Stopped in while in little Italy. I first stopped in at the bread shop across the hall, but then was attracted to this side. We were heading home, but I was able to buy some packaged fresh pasta. I chose the squid in linguine and the orcciette. When I got home, I made both and my children loved it. They were absolutely delicious. I really wanted to bring some salami with me, but I didn't have any space but I definitely will next time.

Wow! This deli is everything we were looking for and more. Maria who works the deli also offers Italian Food tours of Little Italy in Boston. She is so knowledgeable and friendly I was just sorry we met her on our last 2 hour in Boston. The bakery is separate and just down a few steps where the fresh SFOGLIATELLE is amazing!!!this is all tucked down Board Alley next to Modern Bakery. They also offer a full sit down Italian restaurant and suites to stay in authentic N End accommodations. Try felt like we were in Sicily!

Went into the city on a north end Sandwich adventure & had to try Bricco's. First, the bread was delicious & fresh. The mozzarella was also fresh & added flavor. The reason for the missing star was that the bread overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich. I think going back to get another- I'd ask for more balsamic or a few extra veggies given we were not adding meat. All in all, it's a good deal and a fun experience to get to which adds to the charm and adventure!

A small group of us were doing a food tour of the North End and this was our first stop. We shared a Panino and an Italian. The Panino has priscuitto, homemade mozzarella, fresh tomato, basil, and olive oil all in a fresh white bread roll. The Italian has mortadella, Genoa salami, sopressatta, provolone, lettuce, tomoto, onion, hot peppers, olive oil, vinegar, and oregano in a fresh white bread roll. Overall these were both high quality, delicious sandwiches. We paired them with truffle potato chips and it was delicious. I actually think that the sandwich can be improved upon by having some different bread options. I know, this is probably a sacrilegious suggestion! Perhaps I'd have to attempt this by my own but purchasing the raw ingredients from them and doing it myself.

Really giant sandwich for only $13!!! Half of this sandwich was enough to be decently full! Also the prosciutto wasn't too salty, was nice and thin, the mozzarella was creamy and fresh! I wish there was more basil but solid sandwich Very cute interior of the shop, lots of fun specialty items to look at Service was very quick and there was no line for us (but we went on a weekday lunch)

If I lived in Boston I would be here every other day for lunch. This is one of the best Italian sandwiches that I've ever had! The meat and veggies were all very fresh, and the bread was delicious. I will definitely be going back next time that I'm in Boston. The deli itself was adorable!! So many different Italian ingredients and pastas and products! Again, if I lived here I would definitely be in every day shopping or grabbing lunch. Definitely stop if you're in the area!
